I'm a one-man (and 2 chihuahua!) restoration team from BC who moved to rural Saskatchewan to better myself and build a better life while saving historic buildings.
I've always wanted to restore old buildings but was hampered by life, cost of living in BC and struggles with depression/anxiety.
The Covid pandemic and numerous challenges put me at the end of my rope and gave me the feeling that I couldn't take it anymore so I quit my government job and took the plunge.
This is a personal journey and one that I'm happy to share to hopefully allow others like me to build happiness and purpose from dust and dreams.
