This project started because losing someone in service doesn’t just change a moment — it changes a family forever. We know that firsthand. Nick lost his brother. Our kids lost their uncle. And every Gold Star Family we’ve met has their own story that deserves to be heard.

Gold Star Stories isn’t just about how our loved ones served — it’s about what came after. It’s about the families, the grief, the resilience, and the everyday ways we honor them.

These interviews are raw, real, and sacred. And with Memorial Day approaching, we’re working hard to share as many of these stories as we can — before the hashtags fade and the ceremonies end.
