I am passionate about football and games about football. The current state of football games are money hungry traps that sell new "updated" versions of the games every year. Even non-predatory football games still need to find a way to make money to continue making games or do not allow the player to change anything about the game

I want to help make football games more accessible to everyone. To achieve this, the game will be free now and forever. There will be no ADS or in-game purchases. There will not be a yearly release but rather free updates. And the best part, players can customize the game as they see fit. In fact, anyone can help to improve the game by contributing to it on the GitHub repo. This way everyone and anyone can help improve the game for everyone. As I like to say, this can be a game "made by the people for the people". I have no desire to make a dime off this game. That being said, progress by myself at the moment is slow so to speed things up (and make the game better overall) any donations will be used to make Global XI Football Maestro better for everyone.
