I assign myself homework, like in these videos I've been sharing. I was wondering about you?
Honestly, it takes time and intension. Sometimes I follow step by step instructions, but usually I take something making it my own, or I create a whole new one off routine not knowing what I'll do next. It doesn't have to be perfect and there are plenty of times, things don't unfold as intended, like the time the vodka bottle tipped over and I Iost a lot of it...
This morning was one of those inventive not knowing what I'm going to do next and like always, it all came together with endless meaning.
Walking backwards in a spiral was definitely tricky!
It rained yesterday so I used the water that collected in a large pail.
Things not captured in the video was more of the shoes going on and off, and I had fun, yes fun, walking straight over the spiral, representing riding the waves or currents of time and transformation. Using the rattle was extra powerful because the cards that were draw!. I also set the lizzard lady towel down on different places...I ultimately imagined I was going off on some journey to meet her to gain perspective. Sometimes I pretended to be her and flip flopping roles.
Needless to say, the backyard sure has a lot of layers going on and it's always a thrill multiple dimensional-izing up your space.

Oh and I was gonna mention...so it's official fall now, October around the corner, yet my mind is in November mode, and symotaniously in summer 2026 mode. Another reason why today's cards resonated.
