Each thought you have is followed by an emotional response, which is then followed by a cellular reaction.
What this means is that you’re powerful as f@ck. Too powerful really, that’s why we need to connect and talk about such things.
How you think and feel is THAT important because it inspires ailments or healing.
So what are you into? Ailments or healing?
YOU have the power to make yourself sick and you have the power to heal yourself-WOW!
If you think poor thoughts, you’ll have poor health.
If you think positive thoughts, you’ll have positive health.
You are what you think.
For real-it’s that simple, yet countless dragon dreamers struggle with false inhibiting beliefs and there’s NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT UNLESS YOU SURRENDER TO MIND REPROGRAMING.
Go ahead, keep trying to lose weight or make that speech or achieve whatever it is you desire, you’ll learn it’s trying to be trying-that’s the “red flag” if you will…so STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP, if you’re genuinely trying to reach your goals and not getting results, get in on the privates on my BMAC!
The thing about thinking, is we never really stop, unless we make it a point to practise presence, but for what it’s worth, when you’re sleeping, your conscious mind turns off all those bullsh!t thoughts, yet your subconscious mind keeps beating those negative thoughts very loud and very clear.
In truth, each second that ticks by your cellular structure shifts based directly on the thoughts you have….even when you’re sleeping…so reprogramming thoughts and redirecting thoughts is pretty big time, and guess what…it’s a simple procedure.
If you’re trying to get results and you’re not getting results, it’s because you have a blueprint, a false inhibiting belief, so your great efforts are inconsequential. Should you experience success, it’s temporary because your mind WILL NOT give up that blueprint because from your mind’s perspective, YOU STILL NEED IT! WHAT?! I know, the rules of the mind can be frustrating, and thankfully, I know all about them, and yup, it’s that simple…
…for what it’s worth, mind reprogramming is a simple and safe procedure.
