By acknowledging and appreciating the blessings and experiences in our lives, we invite more positivity and abundance into our reality. Have you ever noticed how your mood shifts when you take a moment to count your blessings?

I have learned a lot from being grateful to the point that it is now a second nature to say at least 1,000 "Thank You" Daily. (yup for no reason)

Regular meditation helps to reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and elevate our vibe by fostering a sense of inner peace and clarity. How does your vibe change after a few minutes of meditation?

While this was not my go to at the beginning of my spiritual shift, I learned a variety of meditative states that allowed me to feel comfortable remaining still for a long period of time. That included sleep.

3. Yoga, Dance, or Exercise: Engaging in physical movement, whether through yoga, dance, or exercise, is another effective way to raise our vibe. Moving our bodies not only improves physical health but also releases stagnant energy and promotes a sense of vitality and well-being. Have you ever noticed how energized and uplifted you feel after a good workout?

You gotta pick something that makes you move, the reality is we store too much energy in the body, Which prevents the new energy to enter, so how are we going to make room?

4. High Vibe Relationships: Surrounding ourselves with individuals who uplift, support, and inspire us is essential for maintaining a high vibe. Cultivating loving, authentic connections fosters a sense of unity and harmony, elevating our overall energetic frequency. How do your interactions with others affect your vibe?

I learned this the hard way we all have a high and low version, the best way to guide yourself is the feeling.

5. Nature Time: Spending time in nature allows us to reconnect with the earth's natural rhythms and energies, promoting feelings of peace, grounding, and rejuvenation. Whether it's a walk in the park, a hike in the mountains, or simply sitting by the ocean, immersing ourselves in nature helps to raise our vibe and restore balance. How does nature make you feel?

A must connecting with earth period, I do not care how male ti happen, Go outdoors and embrace what keep us alive, the internet is slowly making us forget what reality is.

6. Music Magic: Music has the power to uplift our spirits, evoke emotions, and elevate our vibe. Listening to uplifting and soul-nourishing music can positively influence our mood and energy, helping us to align with higher frequencies. What kind of music instantly lifts your vibe?

Listen to what makes you FEEL, the key to life is the e-motions that guide us. It allows us to move closer to our desires to experience bliss.

7. Self-Care and Mindfulness: Prioritizing self-care practices and cultivating mindfulness in our daily lives is essential for raising our vibe. Taking time to nurture ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually promotes feelings of self-love, worthiness, and empowerment. How do you practice self-care in your daily routine?

Everyday you matter give yourself 30 minutes a day, you give 7 hours to your job and business.

8. Awareness: Developing self-awareness and mindfulness of our thoughts, emotions, and actions is key to raising our vibe. By observing and acknowledging our internal experiences without judgment, we can release limiting beliefs, patterns, and energies that no longer serve us. How do you tune into your inner self?

We are at the stage in life were awareness is evident, we are now the parents, uncles, aunts grandma and pa. We have double the wisdom, keep changing and shifting to create NEW energy within your bloodline.

Continuous Learning and Personal Growth: Engaging in continuous learning and personal growth expands our awareness, enhances our understanding of ourselves and the world, and promotes spiritual evolution.
