Some people want Textarea Cache to work in WebExtensions Manifest Version 3 because Chrome start eliminating version 2 extensions.
I'm not chrome user and I am not the origin author of Textarea Cache, so I am not very positive to rewrite it into mv3.

If somday I totally receive more than following money, I will publish the mv3 in these months after that day:
10 months if 20 USD
6 months if 40 USD
2 months if 60 USD
These include 5 USD fee for publishing on the Chrome Store.
