1. Definitions
“Mod” means this distributed mod package and all files included with it.
“Author” means GheoLei, also known as “runorunoruno”.
“Original Contributions” means the portions of the Mod created, authored, modified, converted, configured, optimized, scripted, repaired, or otherwise materially contributed by the Author, to the extent that the Author holds copyright or other applicable rights in those portions.
Original Contributions may include, without limitation, custom or modified meshes, textures, materials, JBeam files, Lua or other scripts, configurations, vehicle data, map data, optimizations, fixes, conversions, compatibility work, file structure, and other original modifications.
“Third-Party Content” means any material contained in the Mod that was not created by the Author or in which the Author does not own the applicable rights.
“Official Channels” means the Author’s official website, download pages, repositories, or other distribution channels explicitly identified by the Author.
“Redistribution” means copying, uploading, mirroring, hosting, sharing, reuploading, or otherwise making the Mod available to another person.
“Modified Version” means a version of the Mod in which files or content have been changed from the version distributed by the Author.
2. Free License Grant
The Author grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
download and install the Mod;
use the Mod for personal or non-commercial purposes;
use the Mod in single-player and multiplayer gameplay;
use the Mod on BeamMP servers and other multiplayer servers;
host the unmodified Mod on a BeamMP server or other multiplayer infrastructure;
make personal backup copies; and
redistribute the complete, unmodified Mod package free of charge.
The permissions above do not require prior written permission from the Author.
3. Redistribution
Redistribution of the complete, unmodified Mod package is permitted, including through:
BeamMP servers;
BeamMP-related repositories or hosting services;
other mod repositories;
community websites;
mirrors;
private or public multiplayer communities; and
other free distribution channels.
Redistribution is permitted provided that:
the Mod remains substantially identical to the version released by the Author;
the included credits, attribution, licence, readme files, and other notices are retained;
the Mod is not presented as an original work created entirely by the redistributor;
the Mod is not sold, paywalled, or offered as part of a paid download; and
no additional restrictions are imposed that prevent other users from exercising the permissions granted by this licence.
Redistribution through third-party hosting does not transfer ownership of the Mod or the Author’s Original Contributions to the hosting provider or redistributor.
4. Multiplayer and BeamMP Use
Multiplayer use is expressly permitted.
You may install and use the Mod on BeamMP and other multiplayer servers, including servers operated by individuals, communities, or organisations, provided that the Mod itself is not sold or paywalled.
A server may distribute or automatically download the Mod to its users as reasonably necessary for multiplayer gameplay, provided the Mod is distributed in accordance with this licence.
5. Protection of the Author’s Original Contributions
Although the complete Mod may be freely redistributed under this licence, the Author does not release the Author’s Original Contributions into the public domain and does not grant a general licence to reuse them outside the Mod.
Except as expressly permitted by this licence, you may not:
extract Original Contributions from the Mod for use in another mod or project;
reuse, republish, or redistribute the Author’s Original Contributions separately;
copy the Author’s scripts, JBeam work, configurations, optimisations, fixes, conversions, or other original modifications into another project;
use the Mod as an asset or source library for creating or distributing another mod;
remove the Author’s attribution from Original Contributions;
claim the Author’s Original Contributions as your own work; or
distribute a collection of extracted Original Contributions separately from the Mod.
This restriction applies even where the complete Mod itself may be freely redistributed.
The Author retains all rights in the Original Contributions that are not expressly licensed by this agreement.
6. Modified Versions
Private modifications for personal use are permitted.
You may modify the Mod locally for your own use, including for compatibility, debugging, personal preference, or server configuration.
However, you may not distribute a Modified Version without the Author’s prior permission where that distribution contains or incorporates the Author’s Original Contributions.
This does not prevent you from exercising rights that you independently possess in Third-Party Content or rights expressly granted by the applicable third-party licence.
7. Third-Party Content
The Mod may contain, incorporate, or be based upon material created by third parties.
The Author does not claim ownership of Third-Party Content and does not grant rights in such material beyond the rights the Author is legally entitled to grant.
Third-Party Content remains subject to:
its original creator’s rights;
any applicable third-party licence;
any permissions obtained by the Author; and
any other legally applicable terms.
Where the terms applicable to Third-Party Content provide broader or different permissions than this licence, those permissions apply to that Third-Party Content.
Where Third-Party Content is subject to separate licence terms, those terms take precedence over this licence with respect to that Third-Party Content.
This licence should therefore be understood as a licence primarily governing the Author’s Original Contributions and the distribution of the Mod as a combined package.
8. Credits and Attribution
When redistributing the complete Mod, do not remove or alter the existing credits, attribution, readme files, licence notices, or other authorship information included with the package.
Where practical, redistribution should retain the following attribution:

Where the Mod contains credited Third-Party Content, those credits should also remain intact.
Redistributors may add their own hosting or server credits, provided that those credits do not imply that they created the Mod or the Author’s Original Contributions.
9. Commercial Use
The Mod may be used on a server that has unrelated commercial activity, sponsorship, donations, advertisements, or membership systems, provided that the Mod itself is not sold or paywalled.
You may not:
sell copies of the Mod;
require payment specifically to obtain the Mod;
place the Mod behind a paid download;
sell the Author’s Original Contributions separately; or
include the Author’s Original Contributions in a commercial product without the Author’s permission.
10. Content Creation
You may freely create and publish:
gameplay videos;
livestreams;
screenshots;
photographs;
reviews;
demonstrations; and
other media featuring use of the Mod.
You may monetize such content through ordinary platform monetization, provided that you do not distribute the Mod files themselves as part of that content.
Attribution is appreciated and should be retained where reasonably practical.
11. No Transfer of Ownership
This licence grants permissions to use and redistribute the Mod under the conditions stated above. It does not transfer ownership of copyright, intellectual property, or other rights.
The Author retains all rights not expressly granted by this licence, including rights in the Author’s Original Contributions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this licence grants ownership of BeamNG.drive, BeamMP, their trademarks, game assets, or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
The Mod is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The Author does not guarantee that the Mod will function correctly with every version of BeamNG.drive, BeamMP, other mods, servers, hardware, or software.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from the installation or use of the Mod.
14. Termination
If you materially violate this licence, the permissions granted to you under this licence may terminate automatically.
Upon termination, you must cease exercising the rights granted by this licence and, where legally required, remove unauthorised copies under your control.
Termination does not affect rights that were lawfully exercised before termination, nor does it revoke permissions that the Author does not legally have the ability to revoke.
The Author may publish updated versions of this licence for future releases.
15. Updates
The Author may update this licence for future releases.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a revised licence applies to the version of the Mod released with that licence and does not retroactively alter the licence applicable to previously released versions.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
