### Definitions
- "Mod": this modification and all included files.
- "You": the end user downloading/using the Mod.
- "Distribution": any sharing, reuploading, repackaging, mirroring, or inclusion in mod packs, paid or free.
- "Multiplayer": any use on servers or sessions with more than one player.
- "Official Channels": links or pages explicitly provided by the Author.
- "Notice": a post on the Official Channel or an update to this license file included with the Mod.
### License Grant
The Author grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Mod on your own devices for single-player gameplay only. You may create one personal backup copy that is not shared.
### Restrictions
- No Redistribution: Redistribution, reuploading, repackaging, mirroring, or inclusion in collections/mod packs is prohibited except via Official Channels and only with the Author’s explicit written permission.
- Singleplayer Only: Use in Multiplayer is prohibited unless the Author grants explicit written permission.
- No Commercial Use: Selling the Mod or using it in paid products/services (including paid servers) is prohibited without explicit written permission.
- No Modification for Distribution: You may not modify and distribute derivative versions without permission. Private/local edits for personal use are allowed.
- Preserve Notices: Do not remove or alter credits, readme, or this license text.
### Content Creation
You may stream or publish videos/screenshots featuring gameplay using the Mod, provided you:
- Do not distribute the Mod files; and
- Credit “Mod by GheoLei ‘runorunoruno’” and link to the Official Channel if shared.
### Ownership
The Mod is an unofficial modification. All trademarks and rights belong to their respective owners. The Author retains all rights not expressly granted.
### Warranty Disclaimer
The Mod is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
### Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Mod.
### Termination
This license terminates automatically if You violate these terms. Upon termination, You must delete all copies.
The Author may revoke this license at any time, with or without cause, by providing Notice, to the extent permitted by law. Upon revocation, You must immediately cease use and delete all copies. Previously published videos/screenshots may remain online provided they do not distribute the Mod files or link to unofficial downloads.
### Updates and Changes
Terms may be updated. New versions apply to new downloads. Check the Official Channel for the latest version.
### Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may still apply.
