Hi, I'm Georgia.

I'm a Welsh author and meditation guide, living in a small village in southwest France with a forest just behind the house. I make guided meditations, write reflective pieces, and share quiet practices for feeling a little more steady in yourself.

Everything I make comes from lived experience. I've learnt how to sit with difficult thoughts, and how to rebuild a sense of self after a hard stretch. Finding calm in the middle of ordinary days came after that, slowly. I don't do any of it perfectly. I just try to be honest about it.

You can find my guided meditations on Insight Timer and YouTube, and my writing on Substack in La Forêt Intérieure. Over at georgiaclare.com I share more about rebuilding your life, including many free meditations and helpful resources and guides.

Book Quote Therapy is the other big part of what I do. It's a growing collection of over 230 literary prescriptions, that include book, poetry and quotes for a variety of topics and situations. The Literary Compass is its interactive companion, and there's a free children's version for parents too. If you'd like a favourite line on your wall, BookQuoteDecor turns literary quotes into prints.

If you've found your way here, you probably think deeply and feel deeply, and you're working things out in your own way. You're welcome here.

This page is simply a way to support all of it.

Thank you for listening, reading, and being part of it.

Love, Georgia
