I'm Hiroki, a freelance AI engineer in Tokyo. I make generative AI run in Japanese and on your own machine: Japanese GUIs for Qwen3-TTS, ComfyUI nodes and native RTX 5090 / Windows setups, Apple Silicon ports, and lately sokudan, a Japanese decision model, plus the measurements and regression checks I contribute back to the open ecosystem.

All of it is free and open. What it costs is GPU nights and the hours of making things run where they were not meant to run yet. A coffee goes straight to those.
