Offri un caffè a Family History Directory

Hi,

I run Family History Directory (familyhistorydirectory.co.uk), a guide to UK genealogy records arranged by county and place. Its Records section is a free name search across parish registers, trade directories and volunteer transcriptions for seven English counties so far, with every result linked back to its original source.

The big genealogy sites charge monthly fees, and for what they offer that’s fair. But archives, family history societies and volunteers have put a lot of material online for free. It’s scattered across small sites and old books that rarely turn up in a general search, so I find it, check it, and index it in one place.

If the Records search has saved you some time, a coffee helps me index more counties and keep the site running. It’s much appreciated.
