Personal and Professional Background, Inspiration, & Experience:

2008, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which led me down a mind-body health path.
2015-2017, I became a professional health educator (MPH) and wellness coach (CHLC). Topics I love supporting include quit smoking, healthy weight/gut health (IIN graduate), insomnia, stress management, etc! I earned my MSC/AMFT in 2024.
2017-current, my spiritual path was deepened. Decolonizing, reindigenizing, connecting to my ancestors/land/Earth/plant spirits and allies/medicines. Succinctly stated my third eye was activated with the honor of sitting with countless healing circles, healing intuitives/elders/coaches/TEACHERS...

This space offering is especially for anyonerecently diagnosed with a health concern/chronic conditions, who may be seeking someone to connect with that has been through something similar.

Whether I am a starting point in your journey or we continue to work together, this initial meeting can support you in connecting with the wide range of resources (even outside of me) that I trust & believe is out there!

We can briefly chat and see if we energetically resonate and work together to support your needs.
