DB Bent over row - 3x10

Seated Cable pull through - 3x10

DB Seated Incline Press - 3x10

Single arm cable pull through - 3x10 (each arm)

Chest fly - 3x10

HIIT:

Split squat jumps - 30 secs on 20 secs rest 3 sets

Side lunge to knee drive - 3x10 (each leg)

DB squat jump - 3x8

Standing one arm press - 3x10 (each arm)

2 mins run to finish
