Hi, I'm Gaither.

Most of what I do is help people working to end homelessness. I run Gaither Dynamic, where I build data dashboards for Continuums of Care, HMIS leads, and the agencies trying to actually move the needle. CAD, CPD, CSD, CED, NHPD: each one turns spreadsheet pain into something a director can use the same day.

Around that, I publish Gaither Research, which is free public dashboards on housing and homelessness data. I run Gaither News, an AI-assisted multi-source news synthesizer. And I host the CoC Alliance, a peer network of over 1,900 Continuum of Care and HMIS leaders sharing what works.

I write a Substack about all of it, send a newsletter when there's something worth saying, and speak at conferences (NHSDC, FCEH, the 2027 Kansas Summit, others) about how to use data to help people.

I also build small free tools when I notice something missing. tree.gaitherdyn.com turns indented outlines into clean decision trees. compare.gaitherdyn.com compares two lists entirely in your browser. They were built because I needed them; if they help you too, even better.

When I'm not doing any of that, I'm somewhere singing karaoke, badly and loudly, usually with my family.
