Creating awareness about perimenopause & ADHD in females.
Hey there, I'm Liza! 👋
As a midlife mom juggling all the things—perimenopause, motherhood, and my recent ADHD diagnosis—I'm exploring what it means to not just survive, but truly thrive.
I’ve realized how little information about perimenopause & ADHD is available, and I’m determined to change that. My goal is to demystify midlife & ADHD, so others don’t have to wonder and struggle the way I have.
If you’d like to support my work, buying me a coffee would mean the world. It helps me dive deeper into understanding how we can all live a fuller, more joyful life, while also supporting my family. I’m incredibly grateful for any contributions, big or small. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here and for your support! 💛
