Our secret for rapid success in a short amount of time is not hiring anyone from Upwork. This business simply doesn’t work if passion is not tied into it. It works well however when both co-founders are passionate about the direction of their business.
Hiring from Upwork doesn’t work for beginning agency
Building your agency with employees from Upwork doesn’t necessarily cut, since in Upwork things are done in traditional manner, where it’s just a job for a side hustler. However, doing this together with co-partners and product co-partners is the key.
Key is to find someone who is willing to work with you. This is what happened with me, I joined one of the Skool communities found, Luca from Brazil and we ended up spinning our own AI, UGC & Automation agency in just few weeks.
It was a very rapid fast paced experienced, all the content that I produced in 2 months before meeting Luca had to get different spin, and had to be repurposed in different pieces of the business.
Secret that helped me out the most

For example in my case my English skills were ok, but Luca’s automations and IT skills were excellent. That is not to say that I don’t have any IT skills, I most certainly do, after all I am a cyber security engineer, with wealth of IT background, including machine learning, data science, data engineering you name it. However in the new world that we live in today, none of that previous background experience matters. What matters is the ability to adapt in the brand new world that we live in today.
Luca helped me develop new skills, and managed to organize my thought process in concise automation and technical framework. I am 42 years only, Luca is 21. Key is to learn from younger generation, about all the new digital trends, and team up with someone who is opposite from you.
Building Your Agency with an International Presence is the key
Combining international background in Automation agencies, and my thirst for teaching and mentoring, and building systems, both of us managed to launch our agency relatively quickly in just few weeks. We now have presence in just few weeks of time across UK, US and Brazil.
We have our own brand, that signifies concept of freedom, and every time I take a walk in Manhattan I try to record the video of an eagle and freedom tower, and statue of liberty incorporating personal brand in the mix.
Key is to combined personal brand in your agency, doing so will quickly give you these wings of freedom.

What Luca is currently focusing on
Luca focuses most of his time on formulating our ideas into automated work flows, building our own Freedom Fusion Path community for side hustlers who are seeking to become one day elite hustlers and get connected with feudal lords (brand owners) in order to make money from the feudal share offered to Elite Hustlers by feudal lords.
The journey of building content is of course part of our workflow process, and continuous evolution of the process.
However, we try to spend most of our time working on the business now, for example creating Quora page, creating questions and answers to most of the common questions that side hustlers and small business owners would have, and formulating them into mind maps.
Mindmaps come Handy
Our mind maps are packed with ideas. The hardest part is realizing these ideas, so any time we create an idea we reinforce it with a dedicated channel in our Freedom Fusion Path Discord channel in a way that is clear and easy to understand for side hustlers and elite hustlers.
As we continuously developing our Discord channel further we are interconnecting these mind mapped out ideas together.
Me and Luca have a simple rule, if we can get sales rep to understand what we are offering then we know that we are moving in the right direction when building our Freedom Fusion System company.
Luca most of the time focuses on executing and realizing these ideas, while I am focusing mostly on thought leadership process and structuring ideas into notion in a way that can be easily understood by Luca. Luca is formulating these ideas further into dedicated notion cards in the form of tasks.
Having dedicated notion documentation system is the key. Without it, it’s hard to explain what we are offering, if it wasn’t for Notion. Since the entire concept of building Freedom Fusion System is an infinite concept, we obviously have to decide on priorities whenever formulating these ideas.
These priorities are often changing depending on which lifecycle of the project we are at, but we are ok with that. We are ok with that because we are relatively small and agile, and can morph our ideas relatively quickly with AI latest tools and advancements.
We have few sales reps in pipeline and on sales rep in UK. We are not big, but relatively fast. Our focus is split between several product offerings, one of them is Freedom Fusion Automations as our top priority product offering for small businesses who are seeking to have their small business (brand) setup relatively quick.
How we setup small businesses for success
We do this by setting them up in GoHighLevel SaaS sub account, basically we set them up in Freedom Fusion System.
We run our entire CRM in HighLevel and it helps us with building all sorts of automations for small business owners that makes it easy to see how customers are being funneled into all sorts of automation pipelines.
Our Automation Pipelines is the biggest secret
For example we have an automation pipeline for real estate investment businesses who are seeking to maximize their bottom line and get more motivated sellers in order to make more money from under market deals. Small business owners and real estate investors love that, they know that having motivated leads nurtured and responded to is the key to closing deals, so real estate investment companies is one of our primary target audiences.
Of course when we build automations we rely on other customers as well, not just real estate investment firms, it could also be a brick and mortar store who is not feeling lucky and having lots of empty space and bleeding money every month for having to pay rent. We approach these customers as well and offer them our automation solutions to help them save time and money.
Our strategies are integrated with other communities
We strategically discover many synergies between other Fud Experts in Fud community as we building our AI, UGC, & Automation agency.
These strategic business intelligence gatherings that grasp from other Fud Experts help us define our next steps in our marketing outreach strategies. It is thanks to these Fud Experts, that we discover our very own Freedom Fusion Path.
If it wasn’t for Fud community we would be struggling
If it wasn’t for Fud experts showing how they make money helping other businesses, I doubt that I would be able to get so many ideas under my belt. However with their incredible knowledge that you can’t exactly learn in college, other than on Fud, I am quickly able to construct very sophisticated customer out reach campaign.
Plus every Fud expert/mentor is very helpful. After I became one myself, I also started helping other side hustlers and Fud Experts build their own social media presence, and automations.
I started doing this by first teaching other side hustlers and business owners how to boost their business or side hustlers by creating guides, workshops, videos on Fud platform reflecting and at the same time killing many of the previous atomic habits that i developed over the years.
After generating a good base of content, I quickly was able to differentiate us from the competitors. Our main advantage is that we are doing this together in community of passionate side hustlers, co-founders that we call feudal hustlers and other Fud Experts/Mentors and even Fustlers (side hustlers who subscribe to Fud expert on Fud to learn some of these skills that are not taught in college).

Many agency owners make a mistake of creating a discord or skool community and then wonder why they are not getting traffic. We did it the other way, we first joined Fud, found each other on Skool and then formed our Discord community which is called Freedom Fusion Path, dedicated community strictly for side hustlers/creators who want to learn some of these skills that are not taught in college and make money across multiple platforms selling digital products or even physical products, while also learning how to build their own AI, UGC & Automation agency and learning how to develop your own Sales Pitch skills.

I realized in life that it’s impossible to do anything on your own without being part of passionate side hustling community. After realizing that, it was very easy for me to continue creating content and building the company further.

None of that worked for me, in the past, perhaps in the future when we scale and have more formalized workflows and making more money then maybe we can consider that option, but for now we only work with people who want to work with us.
Secret is to have the right people who want to work with you.
People who want to work with us are sales reps, who believe in us and taking a chance with us, just like we are taking a chance with them, by spending our time in training them and showing them our products and also simultaneously teaching them.

Sometimes it does feel like depending on the week that we are not moving far, due to so many products that we offer, with so many different social media platforms behind our belt, and so many channels in discord to serve. However, we don’t get discouraged, we don’t back down, we have formal conversations through Slack and continuously integrating slack with notion to create onboarding procedures for our sales reps.

We are also integrating Make and Zappier, and for any automations we create we make it available for other social media companies or any of our Freedom Fusion Path community subscribers to resell at a lot more attractive rate then if they were not subscribed to become an elite hustler in our Freedom Fusion Path community.
