Welcome to Forgiveness Factor! We are here to help you forgive in an unforgiving world and see how forgiving is a part of a mentally healthy life.

I enjoy speaking about the role of forgiveness in mental health, the role in recovery and wellness, as well as the main question - how do I forgive?

Using the Forgiveness Process model from Dr. Robert Enright and the International Forgiveness Institute, I teach classes, keynote conference, offer book studies and more.

Current ways to support the work of Forgiveness Factor:

Your donation will go to allowing Forgiveness Factor to offer a 10-week class for Shelter From the Strom Ministries. We also hope sponsor and/or exhibit at the 2026 Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery Conference (where we have been invited to present a breakout session.) This will cost an additional $500-$1000 and you can let me know if you would like your donation to be used for that conference.
