Reviving My Craftsman GT6000 Garden Tractor To Mow The Lawn

Hope yall have been doing good and are staying blessed. In the video I hope to get my old GT6000 Craftsman functional again only to have some serious trouble with the Kohler MV18s under the hood. Since recording this I have fully tested the internal governor and adjusted it to no avail. Thankfully this one hasn't had a major failure yet.... I am beginning to go toward and incorrect throttle spring or misadjusted throttle cable as everything else checks out great. I did also remember while editing this that one piston has brand new rings so an oil change is in short order. The steering looks to be a bad bushing causing the really bad play. I looked the the steering gear and it seems to be in decent condition besides being super loose.
