Ingredients (with quantities):

   👉 All-purpose flour - 1 Cup
   👉 Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
   👉 Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
   👉 Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
   👉 Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
   👉 Buttermilk - 1 Cup
   👉 Large egg - 1
   👉 Unsalted butter, melted - 2 Tablespoons
   👉 Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
👉 Nutella (as needed for stuffing)
👉 Additional butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

👨‍🍳 1) Prepare the Pancake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

👨‍🍳 2) Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat together 1 cup of buttermilk, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

👨‍🍳 3) Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay for fluffy pancakes.

👨‍🍳 4) Preheat and Grease the Griddle: Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

👨‍🍳 5) Cook the Pancakes: Pour a small amount of pancake batter onto the griddle to form a small pancake. Add a dollop of Nutella in the centre of the pancake. Cover the Nutella with a little more pancake batter.

👨‍🍳 6) Cook Until Bubbles Form: Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake, usually about 2-3 minutes.

👨‍🍳 7) Flip and Cook: Carefully flip the pancake with a spatula and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown.

👨‍🍳 8) Serve Warm: Remove the Nutella stuffed pancakes from the griddle and serve them while they are still warm.

Tips for Perfect Nutella Pancakes:

📌 Use a non-stick skillet or griddle to prevent sticking.
📌Adjust the amount of Nutella to your liking for the perfect level of chocolatey goodness.
📌 Don't overmix the batter; it's okay if there are small lumps
📌 Maintain a medium heat level to prevent pancakes from burning.
📌 Keep cooked pancakes warm in a low oven while making the rest.
