1. The Calling & The Summer Reset
I feel an immense calling from God to share His word in the way He’s shown me. I want to honour and obey that above everything else.
This journey really took root over the summer break, when I finally had time to pause and think. The best way to anchor myself was committing to a 40-day devotional journey through The Purpose Driven Life. I missed some days along the way and had to double up reading three chapters a day at times, but that process deeply shaped me. During that season of discipline, God gave me multiple songs, and now it’s time to release them to the world.
2. Back to Zero & John 3:30
One of the very first tracks I wrote was BACK 2 ZERO, because a hard reset was exactly where I needed to go.
John 3:30—“He must become greater; I must become less”—became pivotal for me. I realized that if you want something you’ve never had, you have to be willing to do something you’ve never done. That was the turning point: surrendering ego, stepping into humility, and letting Him lead.
3. The Work & The Prayer
From here on out, my work is simply about being faithful:
Releasing a weekly podcast unpacking the songs.
Providing the ebook guides for leaders and listeners to dig deeper.
Praying over every single person these releases will impact.
My prayer is that I stay firmly in God’s light, and that His word remains a lamp unto my feet. Even when things feel overwhelming, the key is taking it day by day—putting one foot in front of the other.
I thank God for His mercy in giving me the time and clarity to see what He’s called me to do. I hope these journal entries serve as a spark for someone else to seek God and step boldly into their own calling.
