Rivalcfg v4.6.0 has just been released!
What's new?
With this version, Rivalcfg now supports the SteelSeries Prime Wireless mouse, in both wired and 2.4 GHz wireless mode. The support of the Aerox 3 Wireless has also been improved: sleep and dim timers are now supported on this device.
This version also fixes a bug that occurs when printing debug information with udev rules not configured.
Python 2.7 compatibility code has been removed; now Rivalcfg requires Python 3.7 or higher.
Getting Rivalcfg
Rivalcfg can be installed from PyPI with the following commands:
$ sudo apt install build-essential python3-pip python3-dev python3-setuptools libusb-1.0-0-dev libudev-dev
$ sudo pip3 install rivalcfg
$ sudo rivalcfg --update-udev
To update an already installed Rivalcfg version (if installed using PyPI):
$ sudo pip3 install --upgrade rivalcfg
$ sudo rivalcfg --update-udev
