My name is Eve. When I was a little girl, my mom used to practice yoga while I would get ready for school. Most mornings, she would be in a headstand as I said good morning. Little did I know, yoga would become a prominent part of my life. I began to practice yoga as I got older, and later began teaching in 2017 after a twenty-hour yoga teaching class, and in 2018, I pursued my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I now have over 500 hours of teaching experience, and I have working towards 1,000 hours.

My background in health promotion has enabled me to create functional sequences that serve students in their day to day lives. Vinyasa Flow Yoga has been my focus, and in my classes, I aim to guide my students to enhance their quality of life through mindfulness, health education, improved balance, and increased strength and flexibility.
