À propos Flowless Tracking
**Flowless | Cycle Tracking Without a Period**
The Story Behind Flowless:
Flowless was built by a female techie who was frustrated, not with tech, but with period apps.
Every tracker she tried assumed one thing: that you have a period, or that you're trying to get pregnant. She was doing neither. Yet her body still cycles, the bloating, the mood dips, random days of feeling completely unstoppable, and weeks of craving chocolate and crying at adverts.
So she built Flowless. Not a medical tool. Not a clinical app. A personal journal for people like her, people who live with a cycle they can feel but can't easily see.
Because no flow doesn't mean no cycle. It just means listening a little closer. 🌸
“Yes, we are hormonal, and that’s a very good thing.” - Maisie Hill in her book Period Power.
Flowless is inspired by the idea that your hormonal cycle is not something to manage or suppress, it is a source of power and self-knowledge. The seasonal framework (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn) is drawn from this tradition of cycle-aware living. We highly recommend Maisie Hill’s book Period Power for anyone who wants to go deeper.
