Originally from Japan, fitYOGAfit's founder Natsumi is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing Yoga for over a decade. Yoga is a great way of connecting the mind and body to better deal with daily life struggles. Natsumi has always been interested in fitness and wellness. She is also an accomplished martial artist who loves the balance Yoga provides between strength and relaxation.
