I bought you a coffee a few months ago and appreciated the shout-out on Episode 159. As I mentioned before, I am restarting my career and having a ball! I still provide clients with links to your website and podcast. I have spent the better part of this year getting re-certified as a personal trainer and adding corrective exercise, nutrition, and wellness coaching certifications. 2025 will be the year I jump into my new career with both feet.
