Hi! I built findrescue.uk to help sick, injured, and displaced animals get to the right rescue centre as fast as possible.
When someone finds an injured hedgehog, grounded bird, or lost pet, every minute counts. Too often, people spend valuable time calling around rescues only to find out they are closed, at full capacity, or don't take that specific species.
FindRescue is a free, independent community directory designed to:
Give members of the public instant emergency guidance and triage steps for 12+ animal categories.
Connect finders with active, nearby rescue centres.
Give rescues self-service tools to update their live intake capacity so staff aren’t overwhelmed by misdirected calls.
