It's been 2 consecutive months that we are holding a feast every full moon which i ask my siblings to come into the Shrine to eat lunch and share our stories to one another. I remember when my mother crossed over to the other world, while she is still in her death bed, i whisper to her that she will be honored by us every full moon because she died on the night of the full moon.
But this month of gathering, it was an extra special as it becomes a very productive day. As i prepare our lunch early, and cook it with love. After eating, my sister stay in the shrine for a long period as Lakay gave them a tagay session and beading workshop.

I so glad that this day happens as it give birth to a new business that we as siblings will share and we named it as Artisanal Novelty Shop where all products will be handcrafted by us as supervised by Lakay. I see how lakay have lead my siblings in handcrafting different works such as he guided my sister doing the beadworks while he also supervise my future brother-in-law doing a wood work.
Aside from handicraft manufacturing, i said to lakay that he birthed a new training program which he just shown his competency in doing. He could facilitate now a livelihood workshop that creates beads and wood products. What i have learned here is the importance of obeying first your trainer/instructor in doing such activity. The reason why for this is that, the instructor wanted to see if you as a trainee are following the instruction so that you can gain experience of doing. When you as a trainee already know and understand, you can create your own method which you find easy and also in accordance to how you understand.
That behaviour also reflects on me. I try to understand first by studying again and again the subject such as in traditional pulse analysis. At first i do not understand how traditional oriental medicine makes pulse reading work. I study their learning materials and cross study it with Anatomy and Physiology of Modern Medicine. I also use Dictionary if there are words that I do not understand. Then I perform it and write down what I experience then with repetition of practice, I slowly understand how pulse reading work and develop my own style as how I understand it.
The Teachings we provide does not say that we are the ultimate correct way, but what we present is the way how we understand things and we require you to perform it so that you your self will understand as well. Reading articles from my posting may help you, but actively participating in our work is much more better than just reading it. This is the reason why we offer our Training Program. It is not only acquiring knowledge, skills, attitude and ability. But also a means of prosperity that you may Treasure for ever.
