Offline Python Tools: CSV/JSON converters + API cost calculator

Use the 1.1.0 ZIP. The older 1.0.0 ZIP is also included for reference; it can silently discard duplicate JSON object keys, change embedded CSV line endings and fail to encode some standard output. Version 1.1.0 rejects duplicate JSON keys in the converter and Pricecheck CLI catalog/model files, and preserves embedded CSV line endings.

CSV/JSON supports flat JSON object arrays, preserves decimal number precision on JSON-to-CSV and reads CSV values as strings. Round trips may change values; nested flattening and large-file streaming are outside the scope. CSV output is not sanitized for spreadsheet formulas. Stdout is UTF-8; the receiving terminal or pipe must interpret UTF-8.

Pricecheck calculates API-cost and monthly-plan scenarios from a dated 2026-10-21 snapshot. It does not fetch live prices or reproduce a vendor bill. Check current vendor prices before spending.

The 1.1.0 bundle passed 41 converter tests and 13 Pricecheck tests on Windows with Python 3.12.10. Python 3.10+ is a compatibility target, not separately verified. Runtime uses only the standard library; pytest is needed to rerun converter tests.
