The Pico Fighting Board (available for purchase at https://shop.feralai.com) is a carrier PCB for the Raspberry Pi Pico that fits in most aftermarket arcade stick cases, and transforms the Pico into an arcade stick encoder board with the hardware to support the features of GP2040. This makes it an inexpensive and powerful option for a custom fightstick or even an arcade cab setup!
