This is one of our favorite Fall Chili Recipes! If you've never tried making a chili using pumpkin and turkey then you're in for a real treat. Ground turkey is often quite affordable especially when purchased from Sam's Club or Costco, and canned pumpkin often goes on sale several times throughout the year.
Adding this meal into your freeze dried storage increases the variety of foods you'll have available. Be sure you make enough to enjoy fresh as well as freeze dried. It's so good you may find yourself eating the first batch and needing to make more just to freeze dry!
