I was looking for a quick and easy way to record my freeze drying batch and inventory information with my phone, but I just couldn’t find a good solution. So, I created my own App!
It allows me to capture the data that’s important to me. I was able to customize it to record things like a photo of each tray before and after freeze drying. I added a Notes area to record the metrics I need for my freeze drying projects. It’s a Digital Log Book that’s stored in the Cloud so I can access it 24/7 on my phone, tablet, or computer – but if I need to I can also print out the information.
Here’s the best part – anything I enter using my phone App, is captured in a spreadsheet behind the scenes. I can update entries as needed either from the App or from the spreadsheet or a combination of the two, so it’s really flexible. I can also enter Notes for Storage Location so I have inventory info available when I need it.
