During the weekend.. i went to see the new Dune movie and loved every minute of the film.. I love it so much that i spent the next 3 days making the suspended ornithopter..
I made the 4 wings of the ornithopter with a lot of strings to look like its flapping.. and made the frame to look like the sandworm.. since i modelled everything using Tinkercad.. i had limited shapes to use for the sandworm..
It took 16hours to print the suspended ornithopter in single color.. and 2 days if you want to print it multicolor..
As usual.. i already uploaded the STL in my google drive for my merchants to test print and sell.. I'll be uploading the model to makerworld tomorrow for everyone else..
P/S: if you havent seen the new Dune movie.. go watch it on IMAX.. the visual and music is epic..
