High pressure keeps things dry and rather chilly over the weekend but a milder more unsettled weather develops later in the week
There may be a few light showers on Sunday and Monday, but we will see a good deal of dry weather as well.
Little change is expected for Tuesday and Wednesday next week but with more in the way of sunshine as drier air arrives
While remaining on the chilly side to start temperatures on the whole will slowly rise to above average later in the week thanks to the more Southeasterly airflow.
Thursday and Friday could see springlike values once again, with up to 16 or 17C on the cards for parts of the South
Then a Low pressure to our Southwest may eventually become more influential as we get closer to next weekend the first showers could develop on Friday, with more changeable and windy weather likely over the weekend.
Looking further ahead to the last week of March, more unsettled weather seems quite likely, with temperatures dropping back a bit towards average for the time of year.
