EASTER WEEKEND IS NOT LOOKING GOOD
The long spell of dry and fine weather will come to an end next week as Low pressure becomes more influential, bringing more cloud and outbreaks of rain
Monday looks to remain dry, and with temperatures just below the typical values for the time of year, but still quite mild
A more widespread rain event may then develop around Tuesday as an active low-pressure system looks set to move from the Channel going North
This may then bring some heavy bursts of rain for some, I know our garden is looking forward to it
Then things look likely to remain changeable through the rest of next week with a mix of bright spells and some rain or showers, these perhaps thunder for some of us
Temperatures will generally remain around or just below the average for the time of year, so it may feel pretty cool after the recent warm weather, especially in coastal areas, where it could be fairly windy at times.
And we are sorry to say that, at the moment, the Easter weekend looks likely to remain the same, with wet and cool weather for much of it. We will update you later in the week as the latest forecasts come in
The looking beyond, unsettled weather is set to continue after Easter, although with temperatures probably warming a bit and drier spells seem to become more likely again towards the end of the month.
