The Head ID can be found in the “Description” tab on the right side of the Mod Manager.

To assign a face, use either RDBM or Live Editor.

If you receive an "Error: Different Mod Version" notification in your Mod Manager, you can safely ignore it. The Title Update will not affect the Face Mod.
