Über Lauren A.
I am a movement teacher for folks in person in the Triangle Area, NC, as well as online. I help people connect with their bodies in order to experience the wisdom, joy, and healing capacities of movement. My philosophy stems from exploring movement, rather than adhering to any "black and white" thinking about movement; nothing is "right" or "wrong" with how we move. We get to be our own guru's of our bodies. In this way, we treat our bodies and ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and kindness.
