As a former Project Management Professional in the medical device field, (specializing in spine surgery), I work as a Lifestyle Coach in the San Diego County, supporting special populations such as active agers, recovering veterans, disabled, and handicapped members. I serve as a proud accountability partner and happily promotes spine health, breathwork, and mindfulness in the community.
