Turkish Airlines' hub in Istanbul (IST) has a first-rate lounge. There are several different cooking stations spread across hundreds of square feet of space where the lounge crew is continually preparing delicious fresh Turkish food. I particularly enjoy their hand-rolled, hand-cut, and hand-cooked Turkish ravioli, which is served in the lounge.
