OBSPaint

This is a little Web file that allows you to draw on your stream live! to set it up just unzip the file. (there is a video on how to set it up) Make a Browser source. Check local file and find the OBSPaint.html Set the width to 1920 and the height to 1143. save it size it to fit you screen. Then go back into the properties and set the width to 1922. save it and then click on the overlay on you preview. then just press the left arrow key. This hides the white line box so you can see where your drawing at
