Welcome to the fairy-tale - Durini Palace in Milan!

From the intricate detailing to the magnificent frescoes, every inch of the palace is a feast for the eyes.

This historic palace was designed and completed by Francesco Maria Richini in 1648, to a commission by Giovan Battista Durini and it boasts magnificent frescoes.

The Palace is one of the greatest examples of Milanese private architecture from the mid-1600s, it's a remarkable example of Lombard Baroque style adorned with golden stucco and wonderful frescoes depicting profane and mythological themes painted by renowned painters of the period.

The frescoes are made together with the building, thus dating back to between 1646 and 1648, and are inspired by the great Greek and Latin literature: the Iliad, the Aeneid, Ovid's Metamorphoses, and Sophocles' Trachiniae, with themes that evoke love, destiny, heroism, reason, and instinct.

The palace now hosts Edra-one of finest Italian luxury furnite brands, who believes its scale and signature perfectly match their products.
