— International cooperation and advancement of Belarus's European Choice through strengthening political and institutional dialogue with the European Union, parliaments, and international partners; securing Belarus's European perspective in EU political and legal documents; and attracting support programs necessary for reforms and the country's recovery; developing a strategy of cooperation with Ukraine.
— Support for political prisoners and victims of repression, people with disabilities, women affected by domestic violence, veterans, and other vulnerable groups. Advocacy for their rights and interests, facilitation of their legalization, rehabilitation, resocialization, and access to education, employment, and social services.
— Development of reforms aimed at building a rule-of-law state, an effective economy, and social security in Belarus that meet European standards and improve the well-being of the population, implementing the principles of the rule of law, gender equality, non-discrimination, and abolition of the death penalty.
— Creation of educational opportunities and modern retraining programs for Belarusians both inside the country and abroad. Facilitating the integration of Belarusians into the European economic space.
— Enhancing mobility and protecting the rights of Belarusians abroad through advocacy for visa rights and freedom of movement, facilitating legalization and documentation, access to banking, educational, medical services, and employment opportunities, strengthening international coordination for the systematic and effective protection of the rights of every Belarusian.
— Development of practical cooperation with Ukraine, including political and international advocacy, humanitarian support, expert cooperation in the areas of security and reforms, and participation in the development of post-war reconstruction programs.
