Clare George is a 52-year-old mum of 3 and a professional community Health Coach helping people prevent Type 2 diabetes. She’s better known as the Health Habits Coach supporting people in their 40s to invest in their health one habit at a time. She has a master's in Health Psychology and another in Social Development. Clare has coached over 2000 people and she’s an accredited member of BPS-Div Coaching Psychology.
Etornam is a Food Product Developer, a Healthy Food Mentor, and the author of the FoodPulse newsletter. She’s very passionate about healthy food and advocates for consumer health. Etornam has a master's in Food Science and Technology and almost a decade of experience navigating the food landscape across the value chain from farm to table. She loves gardening and cooking.
