Appìl is my independent project: a free, open-access adaptive learning platform that uses NLP, cognitive science, and linguistic data to help people acquire vocabulary in a second language, at their own pace, in their own way, without paying a cent.
No subscriptions. No paywalls. Just language, science, and a genuine belief that education should be free.
Behind the scenes, Appìl runs on years of PhD research, thousands of hours of engineering, and a lot of coffee. It processes over 50,000 word pairs, adapts in real time to each learner's level, and connects to open linguistic datasets to deliver authentic, meaningful content.
