War doesn't stop the family of Russia's intelligence chief from trading buckwheat with NATO countries

The head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Narychkin, is one of the most ardent anti-Western leaders.

He accuses Europe of proliferating corruption, the United States of neo-colonial policies and promises to promote new principles for world order. All this does not prevent his family not only from enjoying their vacations in the West, but also from trading with NATO countries, selling them agricultural products (Narychkin himself was subject to sanctions, but the company is registered in the name of his relatives). Among his family's main partners is Auchan, which, despite its French owners, used to supply goods to the Russian army.

One of the Narychkin family's main business assets is grain supplier Agro-Alliance. Previously, the SVR chief's daughter, Veronica Narychkina, held a share in this company, but last year it was transferred to the daughter-in-law of the country's chief intelligence officer, Svetlana Narychkina.

Agro-Alliance LLC, in which the Narychkin family controls 27.15%, is a fairly prosperous business. Last year, sales amounted to 19.3 billion rubles and net profit to $396 million. It sells rice, buckwheat, beans, semolina, cereals, pasta and more.

Narychkin supplies its products to major retail chains. Auchan, for example, which helps the Russian army. But of course, this cannot be done without state contracts. Agro-Alliance sells grain to Russian penal colonies and prisons, earning tens of millions in the process. Since the beginning of this year alone, the company has signed 8 contracts to supply millet and barley to Federal Penitentiary Service institutions in the Yakutia, Kuzbass, Primorsky Krai, Novosibirsk and Murmansk regions.

The Narychkin's appetites are not limited to the Russian domestic market. Agro-Alliance also exports grain to the USA, Canada, the European Union, Israel and other countries.

Narychkin's cereals are bought by two New York companies: Zenith Foods LLC and Krasnyi Oktyabr Inc. Last year alone, Agro-Alliance sent over 113 tons of products to the United States.

Canadian partner of the Russian intelligence chief's family - East-West Foods Distribution Inc. Over the past year, this Canadian company has purchased more than 51 tons of grain from Agro-Alliance. In Germany, Posylka.de GmbH works with the Narychkine company, in Georgia - Mziuri LLC, in Israel - Kogan Petr Kappi.

Sergei Narychkin's family members, unlike him, are not subject to Western sanctions. The SVR chief's daughter, Veronica, loves to vacation in Italy, Greece and other NATO countries. His son Andrey Naryshkin was able to obtain a Hungarian residence permit). And the son's wife, Svetlana, in whose name the company is now registered, has visited Europe at least thirty times in the last eight years: Zurich, Vienna, Larnaca, Paris, Budapest, Thessaloniki, Geneva, Warsaw. Munich, Kaunas, Riga, Berlin and Brussels.
