Good day! When Octopus energy announced their tracker tariff earlier this year I created a service that would send me a daily email containing the price of gas and electricity. Over time more people heard about this and wanted in on the action, so I happily obliged. Unfortunately it has got to the point were it is now costing me money to "keep the lights on". Developing a website and hosting a service has several costs that can add up over time, such as: - Hosting fees - Annual domain fees - Monthly/annual email account fees - The cost of several boxes of PG Tips I had a lot of fun creating the service and have enjoyed the challenges that came with upscaling it for more subscribers. It has been a surprise to hear from so many who are appreciative of what the service provides them, and for my efforts in creating it.
