Welcome to Yoga Beginner Class! Yoga is an ancient practice that not only increases physical flexibility and strength, but also promotes a state of inner peace and meditation. In this course, we will introduce you to basic yoga asanas and breathing techniques to help you establish a healthy yoga practice routine.
The first lesson will begin on your back with deep breathing to calm your mind and body. After that, we will perform cat pose and cow face pose, which can effectively relieve tension in the neck and back. Next comes the downward dog position, a classic move that stretches the entire body and increases muscle range.
In the following lessons, we will focus on Warrior One, Warrior Two and the triangle position. These poses not only build leg strength, but also improve balance and body posture. At the same time, we will also learn the basic breathing methods of yoga, such as deep inhalations and long exhalations, to help soothe emotions and reduce stress.
Finally, we will do a meditation practice where we relax by closing our eyes and focusing on the heart. Meditation is an important part of yoga practice and can help us better balance the body and mind, improve concentration and inner peace.
