I'm Emma, a chronic migraine sufferer and Home Assistant tinkerer from Australia. After years of tracking my migraines against weather data, I noticed clear patterns of pressure drops, temperature swings, storm fronts, and poor air quality that all stack up before an attack.

So I built a system that watches the weather for me. It scores the environmental risk factors in real time and warns me when conditions are lining up, so I can take my preventive medication before the pain starts rather than after. It's genuinely changed how I manage my migraines.
