Acerca de Emily Foden - Untamed Motherhood
Honest support for women navigating the transformation of motherhood.
Hey, I’m Emily.
I’m a mum, former primary school teacher, and the woman behind Untamed Motherhood.
I created Untamed Motherhood because I believe becoming a mother changes us in ways we’re rarely prepared for.
It’s not just about having a baby. It’s about identity, relationships, your body, your priorities, your sense of self, and figuring out who the hell you are now.
And somewhere in the middle of keeping tiny humans alive, managing the laundry mountain and navigating the endless demands of motherhood, it can be very easy to lose yourself.
Untamed Motherhood is a space for exploring that messy, powerful, beautiful transition.
I help mums reconnect with themselves, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find their way back to the woman they’re becoming.
No perfect motherhood. No pretending you’ve got it all figured out. No adding another impossible list to your already-full day.
Just honest conversations, practical tools and a reminder that there is still a whole woman in there.
If my work resonates with you and you’d like to support what I’m building, you can do that here. Every contribution helps me continue creating resources, sharing ideas and growing Untamed Motherhood into a space where more women can feel seen, supported and a little less alone.
