Hi! I'm Paul. I'm a veteran of health care and telecoms technology vendors, now running my own consulting business with my wife, Sarah. Over the past decade, I've focused on health care IT product management, working with organizations like Misys & Allscripts, Microsoft, M*Modal and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (now called ASTP) to build better health care technology.
Why I built Appointment Adder:
Like many people in the "sandwich generation," I found myself juggling medical appointments for aging parents, my own health care, and family members—all while navigating the frustrating maze of patient portals, confirmation emails, and paper notices. There had to be a better way.
Appointment Adder is my answer: a tool that helps families extract appointment details and add them to their calendars. You can dictate appointments, type them in, paste text, upload screenshots, or drop PDFs—whatever works for your workflow.
